Our story
A local firm, built for local families.
Arroyo Law Center was founded in 1983 as a locally owned, minority-operated defense practice. Richard earned his degrees at San Diego State and UC Davis School of Law, and he's practiced in adult and juvenile courts across the South Bay ever since.
